Our Products
Pallets
We specialize in manufacturing new wood pallets, and provide standard and custom size options to fit your product packaging needs. We provide both two-way and four-way pallet entry options as well as Heat Treatment for international shipping. We use mixed hardwoods or yellow pine depending on the size of the pallet and the load it will be expected to carry.
Crates
We supply custom built crates for several customers. We have experience building knock-down crates, open-ended crates, box crates, crates with cradles inside to hold product, and in various sizes from 20" x 20" and, so far, as large as 60" x 240" crates.
Our Services
Heat Treatment
For overseas export, pallets must be Heat Treated as required by the International ISPM-15 Standard to prevent the spread of harmful insects to forests around the world. We are equipped to heat treat all of your wood pallets and crates at our facility with our on-site heat treatment chamber. This process is regulated and certified by a third party agency to ensure all steps and record keeping comply with the standards.
Blade Sharpening
Our onsite blade sharpening equipment allows us to sharpen band saw blades, chain saw chains, and circular saw blades which extends their usability.
Cut-to-length Re-sawn Lumber
If you are in need of re-sawn lumber, our specialized equipment, including our Holtec Package Saw, allows us to cut lumber to your specified lengths.
